Filmed across a 7 month span, “the final plaza” documents the last days of The Municipal Services Building, a turning point for Philadelphia as the only remaining plaza at 15th and JFK was destroyed. ‘Muni’ takes on a new look as the dominos are taken out one by one, game pieces are re-arranged, it’s loss becomes a reality.
